Autum Cater

Autum is the creator of Tiri Pastraidh Cruthachadh (Pastry Creations). The name is in Scottish Gaelic to represent her proud celtic heritage. She is a proud 9 year veteran of the United States Air Force. Autum's love of baking started as a young child while baking cookies and other treats with her mother during the holidays. This love of baking has followed her to adulthood where she has built on her skills through cake baking for family members events, continuing the tradition of baking every holiday season, and her schooling through Escoffier.
